Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions, ad budgets, publishing dates, and campaign scope may be described in a separate proposal, invoice, email confirmation, or statement of work. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that specific project.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market conditions, budget, audience response, competition, platform policies, search engines, third-party publishers, social media algorithms, and the quality or availability of information you provide. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, revenue, followers, engagement, press coverage, ad approvals, influencer performance, or business outcomes.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed for the Services, including business details, offers, pricing, images, approvals, access credentials, brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and any required permissions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content, claims, offers, ads, promotions, and materials before they are published or used.
You agree that any information, media, logos, testimonials, customer data, or other materials you provide are owned by you or properly licensed for the intended use. You are responsible for ensuring that your products, services, claims, promotions, and business practices comply with applicable laws and industry rules.
6. AI-Assisted and Human-Reviewed Content
Jake Team may use artificial intelligence tools to help draft, research, brainstorm, edit, summarize, design, or produce marketing materials. AI tools can make mistakes or produce incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information. We use human review and local-market judgment, but you remain responsible for final approval of business claims, regulated statements, prices, guarantees, testimonials, and factual details before publication.
7. Advertising, Publishing, and Influencer Placements
Some Services may involve third-party platforms, local news websites, ad networks, social media platforms, creators, influencers, vendors, or publishers. Availability, approval, pricing, placement, timing, reporting, and performance may depend on those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party outages, rejections, moderation decisions, policy changes, algorithm changes, delays, removals, reporting errors, or changes in placement availability.
Sponsored content, ads, influencer content, endorsements, or business spotlights may require disclosure or labeling. You agree to cooperate with any disclosure, sponsorship, endorsement, or advertising requirements that apply to a campaign.
8. Fees, Packages, and Payment

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due before work begins or before a deliverable is launched. Third-party costs, ad budgets, publishing fees, and influencer fees may be non-refundable once committed or spent.
9. Revisions, Approvals, and Timelines
Project timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals, asset delivery, and access from you and any third parties involved. Delays in approvals, missing information, platform issues, or scope changes may affect launch dates. Revision limits, if any, will be described in the applicable proposal or written agreement.
10. Intellectual Property
The website, Jake Team name, logos, designs, copy, graphics, page layouts, processes, templates, strategy materials, and other materials we create or provide are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, after you pay all amounts due for a custom deliverable, you receive a license to use that final deliverable for your business. We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, tools, templates, processes, know-how, concepts, drafts not selected, and reusable components. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Jake Team materials outside the scope of the Services without written permission.
11. Website Use and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the website and Services only for lawful purposes. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
